This is the recipe you need to have in your appetizer arsenal. It is so simple and easy to make, but completely crave-worthy. It combines all the brine-y flavors I love, in a gooey cheese filling, on top of a crusty baguette. Olive lovers beware.
Slice the green and red olives.
Combine butter, mayo, cheese, olives, scallions, garlic and salt in a mixing bowl. Stir together until thoroughly combined.
Preheat oven to 400F.
Using a sharp knife, carefully cut out an oblong hole from the top of the baguettes. Scoop out the bread, ensuring you don’t piece the bottom of the rolls. Place the rolls on a baking tray.
Spoon the olive-cheese mixture into the baguettes. Bake for 10 minutes, until the bread and cheese is golden brown.
